Opens with a lovely bouquet of mild, sweet spice and vanilla aromas. This is light-footed but lusciously textured and flavored, with apricot, lemon and pear notes. The palate feel is refined with very good bead—almost weightless—yet not at all insubstantial. Closes with a long, dry lime and herb fade. — W.E. (12/15/2001)
